Lighthouse at Europa Point

This commission has been unwrapped by the recipient, and best still, she is my friend!
Her husband Perry commissioned me to paint a photo he had taken in Gibraltar, as a gift for their 5 year wedding anniversary.
On their wedding day he gave Bekah a card with a lighthouse on and Perry's ship is often docked in Gibraltar. He runs to Europa Point most days and he captured a beautiful sunrise at the lighthouse.
I have been working on this painting for a few months and I had to hide it away when she came to stay with me.
I am so pleased she loves it!
